2016 Presidential Election

The elections this year have been a roller coaster. From the time when Trump said that we were going to build a wall and make Mexico pay for it, to when Clinton said that the NRA (National Rifle Association) and the Republicans were her political enemies, it has been one crazy ride. With Trump winning in the end with 58 more Electoral College votes, the battle has finally ended.

Although many people across the country are protesting the outcome, it is most likely that Trump’s victory has been set in stone. This election has split the country, and many are glad it’s over. With the government majority Republican, this is a major loss for the Democratic party.
